Not sure, but if I had to guess, they'd be the same as the TRD bumper's fog lights.

 

I assume it's an aftermarket replica. On those, you just have to fabricate your own fog lights and mount, whatever fits. Wait until you get the bumper in hand, and then see what you have to work with. Take measurements of the opening. Maybe share some better pictures with us, since that one is hard to see much on.

 

Also, you may be able to fit slightly smaller fog lights in if you use some sort of sleeve around them to make them mount snugly, and you may also be able to bore out the holes slightly to fit a larger fog light in there.
So you have some flexibility in terms of fog light size if you can't find an exact fit.

 

These may be able to work? Like most have said, probably gonna have to make something work.
