Can you not just reuse the stock ballasts? If the TRD ballasts came with pigtail wire harnesses for both sockets/connectors, then it's just a very easy matter of connecting positive and ground. Or are you not sure about the bulb either.

 

Well the stock ballasts are connected to the headlight. These don't have a mounting spot for the stock ballasts so I am trying to use the TRD ones. Not sure where to get power from for the harness

 

You would have to splice into the same power that energizes the stock ballasts. It's just two wires.

 

I wouldn't like them on my car but man those blue tints don't get old.

Do these come on the JDM car with or without ballasts or do they need to be added? I have blue tint headlights that the previous owner put on. They have no ballasts connected to them, but that doesn't mean they weren't mounted elsewhere on the car from the factory.
