Hey corey, have you ever thought about getting new LIPS instead of widening the barrels? Some guy who had some Rezax II's on Zilvia had his lips replaced so they were 18x11.5 instead of 18x9.5..... Just a thought.

God they are so freaking sexy.

Just spacers... It sucks, but I think it's the best choice for me right now. I don't really have that much money to spend, and I REALLY need new coilovers.

Plus I had a 5mm spacer laying around, and was comparing it to my rears... With -3* of camber and a 10mm spacer, my tires should be within 1mm of the fenders and because of the camber my lip of the rim should be flush/slightly poked. We'll see what happens.

I'm still not sure what to do about the fronts though. I need more negative camber than -1.4* (what I currently have), but I can't measure it now since camber will change the gap. I don't know if I should go 15mm or 20mm. I figured -2* to -2.4* of camber would be good, but I don't know what size spacer I'll need.

Travis, I have thought of every possible option. MS1's are 3 piece right? Yeah well, they are MADE of three different pieces, but the inner and outer barrels are welded together. So they are essentially a 2 piece. So I would have to buy both inner and outer barrels to widen them.

Plus, buying new lips would be the same as widening the lips by 1", which would push offsets down to +25. I don't think I'm ready to go that aggressive, plus I'd have to get new tires for the rear.

But man, both of those wheels are sick. Speaking of sick wheels, my friend is building a 240sx right now. V8 from an Infiniti, 18x11 +22 and 18x12 +22 Work Meister S1's, and all kinds of other shit.

He's got a lot of work to go, but it's going to be sick.

Or maybe I found a great deal on some Volks TE37 18x10.5 +22? LOL

The 18x10.5 +15 will not work for me.
i dunno if you've seen these yet

I have been proactive in finding the TE37s on zilvia.net and evolutionm. There's a guy selling some fresh set of TE37 18x10.5 +22 for $2k. But I have deep connections with the guys over at Mackin, so my cost is a little below what this guy is asking for.

There's also another guy on zilvia that is selling a set with 18x9.5 +22 and 18x8.5 +22. I might grab that set and widen the rears, since his asking price is only 1500.

if youre gonna buy the 8.5/9.5 and widen the rears i vote that you buy 9.5 +22 all around and then widen the rears. but i see that since he's only asking for 1500 that's why youre considering that. unless you can find a pair of 9.5 and 10.5 +22 then i vote you go 9.5s all around

Wheels are coming in soon

Not even sure if I'm gonna powder coat them right away... Might rock the silver and get them powder coated down the road when I need new tires.

Travis, sorry man we have already dropped your topic, lol this thread is no longer about you haha, it's about me now.

Travis you should have just bought my two Enkei.

I ended up buying the Volks TE37 8.5/9.5 from zilvia.net. Will be getting them powdercoated either Mag Blue, Black or Titanium Gunmetal once they come in. Of course the rears will be widened also.

Hahaha bastards.

If your RPF1's were 18x9 instead of 18x8.5, I would have bought them in a heartbeat

You better powdercoat them Mag Blue. There is NO other option.

Eminence what color is your car actually going to be? A dark gray pearl?
If so, then I vote Mag Blue or Takata Green. Either would be sick.
