If you want to run the same SIX50 wheel on your IS300. You will need to run 4 front rims all around. The rear rim offset is to high, it just touches the spindle. If you want to run all rears, you will need spacers.

Hey guys, just picked up a set of is350 wheels with almost new potenza re760's for $300 to replace the badly curbed OEM wheels I bought the car with. Standard 225/40/18 front and 255/40/18 rears. They didn't come with valve stems however, as the previous owner kept them and the TPMS for the new wheels.

Question - since I don't need the TPMS, can I just have a local tire shop fit any old valve stem on the wheel?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, standard valve stems will fit in the wheels and work fine.
