i think its a state law (some places) that only 4 lights can be on at a given time

so an unmodded fog light system will have 4 max on, and when you use high-beams, the fogs turn off and you will still have 4 lights.

i used the tutorial on .net and my fogs turn off when i high-beam at night.

Can someone please take a pic of step 6 if they understand it? My pic was bad and need to re-do it but unfortunately I can't take the pics.

relays are cheap. I doubt you'd be looking at more than 10-15 bucks.

man that was sooooooo easy to do, took me only about 10-15 minuts to do........only thing is that once i started the car, i felt that it kinda shook i lil more than usual...the idle was a bit lower too.......any one know why? i check all the work and it was fine...does it have to do with me putting electrical tape on top of the female connector after i had hooked it up to the relay?

It did that because you're on crack and imagining things.
Once you stop smoking crack you'll be fine.
