Wow, nice looking car. Gotta say I like the bug deflector... is that the one on lextasy? During the snow we had I picked up some heavy rock chips.

By the way I have the same rear plate cover you do, been pulled over yet? I got stopped the other day and thinking about pulling it off even though it looks +1...

thanks. no, i didn't get the bug deflector from lextasy. you can get it from autoseattle.com for like <$120 shipped to your door .

and no, i haven't been pulled over about the license plate. is it illegal to have it? if so, i had no idea

thanks buddy! yeah, i decided to keep the amuse. it would have been too much of a hassle to sell this, package it, ship it, then buy a greddy.

You have some beefy tires on there, but its good now that you are a little lower than stock. Have you bumped the front lip on anything yet?

Its only illegal to have a cover over the plate, if its obstructing visibility to see it from any angle and day or nite. Also, photocops will get a glare from the plate.
So put the tinted cover on the front and your invisible to photocops

I agree. While I like the Greddy, I prefer the amuse anyway

Actually spoke to a Sgt. from WA state police earlier this week about it... Cover says DOT approved but according to him "it is illegal to have anything covering the plate." He said he personally won't pull over a clear plate cover unless it's dirty and hard to see through but tinted covers are a different story. Just thought I would give you a heads up lol.
