i walked into the "complete-stop" ebay sellers store today.. they are Performance Brakes located in Santa Ana, CA. I inspected everything before i bought. Genuine OE Brembo blanks that were made in Italy. Definitely buy with confidence from this eBay seller. Will take pictures and stuff if desired.
Great news everybody, the rotors that i purchased from ebay were pretty good quality. I do have one complain though. The center hub seemed to rust real fast. I've only had it for two months and it's already rusted. This seems to be pretty common though, so i'm not to worried about it.
I did make the noise go away (at least most of it). All it needed was some quiet brake pad lube. They're about 2-3 dollars a pack at your local auto store. It's suppose to go on the back of your shims so that the caliper doesn't cause metal to metal rubbing. It helps alot. I only did the side that was having trouble, but i would probably go back to the other 3 corners when i have time.

Couldn't you have painted the hub before you put it on so it wouldn't have rusted?

I just replaced my older Brembo drilled and slotted rotors for my new rotors (Brembo OE Blank) from Complete-Stop aka Performance Brakes and they are great. Fits just like OE. Finish is pretty superb I must say. I changed my pads at the same time. My car no longer shudders or vibrates when I stop at any speed. I love them.
Make sure you bed in your pads correctly, everyone!
I just purchase a set of cryo-treated rotors from Frozen Rotors. I specifically asked that they used Brembo blanks. I used this guide to determined if they are fake are not, and I think they are. I
I measure the lips, and fortunately they measure close to 10mm on both side. There is the logo brembo stamped on it, but no 8-digit serial number. The vanes don't appear to extend to the edge of the lip.
Can someone tell me if these are legit? I will weigh them when I get home.
I won't be able to upload pictures of the rear, till I get back to my office.
I did manage to weigh the rotor though, and it read 20.3lbs, holy shit! What do the OEMs weigh?
Now I have a theory, and it may sound foolish, but, perhaps they purchase the blanks from Brembo in quantities, and drilled all the holes(5 lugs, 10 holes, and 2 screw holes) in themselves. The Brembos that everyone else purchase, the non-slotted/drilled, just plain blank rotors, are actually drilled by Brembo, and sold as Brembo.
I purchase the rotors, mainly because they are cryogenically-treated. But, I also believe that you need to start with a good quality part, or no process will be good enough. Brembo basically sets the standard in rotor production, and I know not everyone can create rotors as high in quality as they do, but there are some out there that will perform just as good or close. I just don't want these rotors to be junk, Chinese-made, rotors, that will warp on a few sessions.
