brake pad rubbing against rotors

Ok here is what happened. I recently hit a pot hole and now I'm hearing weird rubbing noise on the rear passenger. I thought it was the brake out of align or something with it. So I decide to change the whole set up rotors and pads. Looks mint but the sound is still there. It sound like the brake pads is rubbing hard against the rotors. Its still coming from the same spot. I know for sure its not the bearing and I check out the caliper and looks fine. I had spin the wheel freely and that is the same exact sound but How do I adust it not to rubbed hard on the rotors. English is my second language so please forgive my writings. Help would be appreciated. I would bring it to the dealer but It cost me so much $$$$ already.

Take the wheel off and spin the hub and see if the noise is still there. If so, swing the caliper out and take the pads out and then spin it again. If the noise goes away after either of those, then you'll know what's making the noise. If it doesn't go away, make sure you install everything properly. Also, what brake pads are you using?

might want to check the hardware on the caliper that holds the pads in. mine was broken in one corner and was rubbing the rotor.
