its probabbly got a good chance of fitting, i need to change my oil today, when i've got the car in the air, i'll take a look and see what fittings it would take. IF that doesn't work, i can always have upgraded ones made.

i installed one of these abotu 3 mo ago.. .did a bunch of photos also as i was goign to do a write up & just never got around to it....

some pics...
Old & New...

Before the SSline installtion, OEM rubber line Removed.

After new SS line installed (from different Angle):

you really hardly feel any difference perhaps a slightly more solid & snappy clutch action is about it... but i just think it is better to have SS lines than the OEM rubber almost anywhere... i dont think you get alot of resistance in the Clutch system & line to get a "mushy" feel from the OEM rubber line expanding as on a brake line...

but it does feel nice & crisp and it Looks KILLER when i have the car up on it's side for all to check out my Slick ass Chassis mods!!!

you would probabbly feel a bigger change if you either had an older car, or had a very heavy pressure plate, ACT style.

Back from the dead. Anyone else here with SS clutch line? The link no longer works. I can't tell which one you guys used from 10 years ago.. LOL Any help would be nice.

The SS brake lines made a world of difference. 10+ years of rubber rotting I think it's time for a nice SS clutch line upgrade.

I found this on Driftmotion: http://www.driftmotion.com/W58-Clutc...K3-p/dm115.htm

I measured the length had NAPA make one.

If you have a stock one, bring it in and tell them to replicate it. Be mindful of the bends/length.

I had one built last year at a hose shop that does custom work. I have a really weak clutch setup so it really didn't feel much different than stock. I did have a car with a 6 puck unsprung clutch and heavy duty ACT pressure plate, that actually made a difference you could feel.

Normally I wouldn't care to replace it since we don't see too much pressure on the clutch line, but given that the rubber has gone through 10 years of use I thought I'd give it an upgrade to make sure it doesn't expand much.

I found this on ebay: Details about PHASE 2 STEEL BRAIDED CLUTCH LINES LEXUS IS300 02-05

http://www.ebay.com/itm/PHASE-2-STEE...FWMm8p&vxp=mtr

Gonna go for it. Saves me the trouble of going to NAPA

Yeah mine was $40CAD so it wasn't too expensive. Down the road if I upgrade the clutch again I'll be set.
