hey lilboi, maybe you should ask the people that have headers installed to rate the exhaust before and after?

exhaust: Greddy Evo2 catback (before header)
loudness: 3 to 4
comments: low rumble, practically silent at idle. Nice squawky sound at WOT.

exhaust: Greddy Evo2 catback (after header-Alphawerks, stock Y)
loudness: 6
comments: really low rumble, still pretty quiet at idle and low rpm cruise. Quick little braaaap at startup that lets others know you've got "something" there. Glorious roar (woahhhhhrrrr!!!!) at WOT. Mild drone at 75mph or so. I'll have some vids and clips after AutoX 9/2.

comments: low rumble nice rumble from 2-4.5 thousand rpms, 4.5 thousand rpms and higher rumble starts to get lower in volume.

exhaust: Tsundo N1 with Megan headers, and SRT intake.

Apexi WS2
loudness: "2" w/header & y-pipe "3"
looks: "8" (this is more for personal opinion)
qaulity: "10"

basically this is the one for you guys that want the quiet deep tone. even with headers and y-pipe the sound is barely noticable. a lot of ppl want that G35 sound and this is probably as close as you can get to it. at WOT it does get a little louder but thats because i have headers and y-pipe installed. hope that helps

HKS Dragger II- I'd give it a 4 with everything else on the exhaust stock. Slightly louder than the Tanabe Super Medalion Hyper.

Would anyone know which would have the least raspy note with the Mazzuri header? Apexi WS2, Tanabe Touring Medalion, or HKS Carbon Ti Limited?

you can listen to a couple mazzuri combinations and make your own decision here: Mazzuri Super Exhaust vids

Have a question? Try the my.is FAQ or, if you can't find an answer there, search before posting your question (hopefully in the correct forum).

+rep all around. Thanks for supporting the thread.

Check main post for a detailed discription on how to post. Seems like people also want to rate other things besides the sound.

Exhaust: Tanabe Touring Medalion
Header/Y-Pipe?: No
Rating:9.5
-Loudness: 2
-Quality:10

Comments:
This exhaust is nice. It's about the same size as the stock exhaust and sounds great. It is fairly quiet during city driving. However when you hit 65mph you will hear a deep tone. I find myself driving either 60 or 70 to keep the exhaust noise down.

Exhaust: Tanabe Super Mediallion Racing
Header/Y-Pipe?: No
Rating:7
-Loudness: 4
-Quality:7

Comments:
Really Quiet at idle. Sound picks up at about 3k rpm. its actually pretty loud when you get on it but not too loud. Had drone at 3k rpm. its built good but i just dont like the rivited ends and the short tip.
