Dealer had all the TRD pieces from the NEO?? (i think its called) kit as options. Including the spoiler etc... Also there was the smaller spoiler with LED brake light in it available... I hadnt seen one in person, so i wasnt sure if i would like the smaller LED brakelight spoiler...

That blue looks like the original rich deep dark blue that only came with the 2001 IS300's, Spectra Blue Mica! The best blue of the IS colors.

Not sure... I have only ever heard 209/210 for the 6spd manual , maybe the auto with e-shift is 200?
