I get in the car this morning and the f#cking passenger side floor is wet (mat and carpet underneath). It's been raining here a lot and continues to rain, so I dropped it off at the dealership. Service guy calls me and says the drain for the sunroof is clogged and I have to pay $95 to get it cleaned!!! My question is why do I have to pay to have something corrected which is basically a design flaw in the car?? I mean why would you design something that had any possibility of leaking water into the f#cking car?! My piece of sh#t Pontiac leaked water through the windshield and I got rid of it, I didn't expect something like this to happen to a Lexus.

That sux. $95 to clean out a drain!!! Geez... that seems really steep. Have you tried looking for the drain yourself? I've never paid that much attention, so i'm not sure exactly how accessable that is, but i'd probably try to find that myself and see if it still leaks.
I've got Lexus corporate beating up on the dealer. My thinking is that if it isn't mentioned in the owner's manual (the 1-800 guy couldn't find it) then it's not my problem, especially under warranty.

put a 20 dollar bill, stick it up your ass, walk into the lexus dealer, bend over, pull your pants down, and say "heres the 95 bucks for the drain hole clog"
Easy fix if you want to do it yourself. Just get an air compressor and blow it out with compressed air. Used to happen in my Talon about once a year with leaves and misc crap, was a 2 minute fix. Same goes for the hatch if you have a hatchback (non IS, obviously).
That's what I'm trying to get across to Lexus corporate. No customer service on the weekend so I'll have to wait til Monday to bug them again.
I went through the entire owners manual and supplement, and there's nothing mentioned about a sunroof drain. I mean how do they expect me to be responsible when I didn't even know it existed? I had the car in for the 30k service 2 weeks before this happened. If it's not mentioned in the owners manual shouldn't it be their responsibility to check it for me? Especially when they charge me $840 for a 30k service. They also changed the differential oil at 30k, something I know now should only be done if I'm pulling a trailer, so they screwed me on that too.
Pohanka Lexus (VA) sucks balls!!

I wouldn't hand them a dime for this service. There is no way they can make you be responsible for something not mentioned in the owner's manual. Especially when, on top of that, you had the car in for 30k maintenance two weeks prior to the incident. They definitely should have checked the drain for you. Why the hell else do you pay the big bucks for their stupid-a$$ "Multi-Point inspection??"
Did the mats get musty? Or is the car's interior okay? If anything at all is ruined or damaged in the slightest, I would absolutely refuse to leave them alone until the parts are replaced and the drain fixed free of charge. It is Lexus' responsibility, not yours, so don't settle until they take care of you.

I got free oil change out of the dealer - <sarcasm>woo hoo</sarcasm>
It rained here like every day for 3 weeks before I noticed the problem, water was probably coming into the interior every day. I was thinking about getting a new car in the fall, now it's definite, I have no idea how much water went into the car. Several coworkers have had similar experiences, one with a van and one with a CLK430, so apparently this isn't an IS300 only problem, although I still consider a major design flaw.
G35 Sedan here I come...
