Intercooler/Piping routed

Intercooler piping is in, all that is left is for me to make some brackets for the bottom two mounting pints and run the bolts through.

Looking good! Still waiting to take mine down to the shop. Still waiting on gauges and gauge cluster. Everything else is ready to be installed!

FPR Location?!?

Last update before bed.
I mounted my Aeromotive FPR. What do you guys think of the position? I should be able to put the wiring loom back into that little clamp still, but it is a tight fit.

Also I have heard mixed reviews about using the 1:1 rising rate on the FPR. I wonder which would be easier to tune my fuel maps with. Can anybody chime in on their set ups?

What do you guys think? TY guys for all the support its keeping me motivated. I want to turn the key on this bad boy sometime in November!

Tomorrow is the DW 330LP fuel pump and run the return line! (Sad that I am more motivated to work on the Lexus than to study for my tests this week)

I am using a haltech e6x

As far as CEL I probably will due to the transmission being converted to manual.

DW300 and Return Line Installed!

Hey guys sorry for missing my uploads recently, I had a week full of tests and I am sick of college. Anyways I was able to get my DW300 fuel pump installed!

Here is a comparison between the stock and the 300lb fuel pump.

Here is my 90 degree -6AN to 3/8th NPT, on the bottom where the threads are exposed I ran a 3/8th female to male barb fitting.

The finished product! The stock FPR is crimped shut, and I filled it with JB weld. I am also putting a rubber hose end over it so that I know for sure that no fuel gets into the stock FPR.

I am sadly reusing the sock for right now because the one that came with the DW300 was the wrong style. Oh well I cleaned this one out and it should be good to go.

Auto brake pedal cut to size.

Here are some pics of cutting down the auto pedal to work with the manual pedal pad.

Nice! I did the same thing with my auto pedal.

It was too close to the clutch though so I welded in an extension:

Thanks for the info! I will probably have to do the same.

So what happened with this build? Did it ever get finished? How well did it get tuned with the E6X?
