Nice pick up on the Mishimoto radiator, rad looks pretty damn rugged especially being all aluminum.

I like the "theme" pic, so clear and not a bug to be found lol. Good way to inspect it too haha.

That sucks, looks like they kicked it around or something, was it packed good when you got it? I'm guessing it looked ok on the outside. Glad to see none of the ribs were mashed.
Regardless, nice job straightening the aluminum out, I know how time consuming it can be. In the past I occasionally had to use a special tool and rake the fins on huge AC units that people punched in for hours and hours lol.

I feel your pain! haha, I've had to deal with 300+lb radiators. Definitely a lot of hours!.... and fun

Bought that from a member here, brand new, used for mock up, repackaged, sent to me.
Considering the history (and price) it arrived in GREAT condition!

Edit: would have been used out of the box if it weren't getting sprayed

speaking of the "theme", some other parts were ready today

before:

after:

went with a simple "textured" powdercoat.
just might match the plastics under the hood

if this is unnecessary, my name isn't blkdout

ceramic coating on ALL hot parts:

Haha, yea I would say your username is clearly defined now lol.

They did an awesome job, I don't know which part looks best. I really like the manifolds and valve covers especially with texture to them. I would think everything would stay cleaner and be easier to clean under the hood too. Keep rolling out these great updates!

Thanks man! It is a hot piece

actually didn't realize there was an o-ring on the compressor side so I called Precision for two replacements.

behold! more parts still streaming in:
PowerDynamix VVT-i o-ring, Summit Racing Mustang 5.0 TPS, Precision compressor seals:

not too exciting, I know, but the seals are important to mention. this build is not only for strength but also reliability/longevity.
Since there won't be many pics of it, I should also mention there is a full OEM engine gasket kit at the garage waiting for assembly
