How thick is the flange you are using?

SO I see... 1.5" inner diameter and 1/8 thick tubing to be used. Am I correct?

We are contemplating doing a stepped runner deal. It's 3/8" thick.

As much as I like the idea of a stepped header... wouldn't that jack up the price considerably?

That is a shit ton of welding and bending and if one weld is off it is over. I mean lets face facts and reality here... the 2JZ-GE motor with a header would be lucky to push 25+ WHP/TQ

Not to mention you will (at least I would think) provide a Y-Pipe or equivalent for the product to match up to.
