Underbody panels

Hey Fig,

I was just looking at your diffuser thread. I was wondering if you would be interested in making new underbody panels for the IS.

I have an 01 and mine is shot, zip tied, haning. PLP made an aluminum or steel one but they are impossible to get.

Im sure there are some other people with 01's out there that would be interested. What do you think?

Thanks

hi guys, a full under panel system will be on the road map as I am in the same boat. fasteners and all are toast. I would like to possibly use the TRD mounting points if possible and make it a full wrap. I will see what I can do.

Awesome you are looking into it. The is300 wants to "float" hahah above 100mph! So racing on the highway is scary. Also interested.

well, even with just the diffuser and most of my underpanels gone, there is no float. So you can built it up as I go, and we can see where you end up.

it may be tricky to make the full wrap now since I do not have my car anymore, but I saved every panel I could for this purpose. No update yet, except I have my front underpanel that I could make as a starting point. Then work back.
I retained the rear end section of teh car to keep working on the diffuser.

Any updates on the underbody and rear diffuser panels for the IS?

I would be excited to purchase them.

Thanks!
