After I installed the first one, it is my opinion that it is not necessary. I have not considered installation brackets, but I can look into it.

Oh, and I should be getting them tomorrow finally.

I will definitely be getting one of these. I hate the mashed-potato clutch pedal.

OK I have parts...but the blue parts got held up due to more issue with the anodizing vs the laser etching...So I have red, black and clear anodized. There are also a few parts that haave the FIGS logo slightly off center. If you are OK with that, please let me know and I can knock a few bucks off.

I will start the pricing at $25 shipped, this will be good through the end of March. I will be adding the shopping cart item very soon.

So how is this installed? Is it simple as plug and play .. cause i have read somewhere and they were talking about bleeding lines and such. I wanna do this mod but i am not sure if it is easy enough for me to do. Does somebody have a tutorial on how to install? If so i would like to buy one!

Yeah!!!! Finally! Just ordered mine. Too bad I am headed out to my mechanic's house right now (24 miles away) to get my manual trans looked at, it's getting difficult to change gears. Looks like once I get that straightened out, I will head back over to install this part and get the clutch line bled again. Flushing clutch lines and brake lines (installing StopTech SS lines, centric rotors, & EBC Greenstuff pads) with ATE Super Blue today.

Yes bleeding is required as well as a 10mm flare wrench to do things properly. I still need to work on the DIY, but it is pretty simple. if you do not have these, its a $15 investment in low priced tools.
-Remove old part.
-Hand thread in new piece and tighten.
-Use adjustable cresent wrench and some plastic to protect finish and hold CDDD body while tightening with the 10mm fitting with the flare wrench approx 1/4 turn. Do not over tighten as you may damage the flare surfaces.
-Once both fittings are tightened, bleed the system, this requires access to the slave cylinder and removal of the second underpanel.
-Purchase one-man bleeder or bleed system with 1/4" vinyl tubing into a container. Always wipe brake fluid off immediately if it should come in contact with any portion of the vehicle.
-remove previous mounting bracket if desired or secure lines with a hose clamp.

Question, will I need to worry about buying a new unit or something if I do a tranny swap? From what I've been told, I will need to use the new tranny's master and slave cylinders and such, so I'm not sure if I will need to have a custom unit made for that tranny specifically.

Sorry for the dumb question, I'm still researching the tranny swap.

PM if you have any of the following:

VVTI 2JZGTE - found
W58/R154
spare headlight LENSES (the lenses need to be in good or excellent condition, I'm looking to swap these into mine and do a retrofit)
