Are these good over the counter tire cleaners/degreasers

Im looking for some tire cleaner/degreaser ive been putting Armoral extreme shine but im over it now but it left a bunch of thick grease like compond on it and every time i wash my tires with soap and a brush it leaves the brush with black grease, so i know i can get some good stuff online but really just want to buy it at my local parts store so heres like 3, give me your opinion on which one would do the job with a brush

The meguiars should be alright on the silver wheels, from what I recall wheels like yours are coated and wont be etched by wheel acids. Chrome on the other hand is sensitive to strength and type of wheel acids

Tire cleaners in cheap last minute decisions you could use dawn dishsoap, or similar with a brush, personally I use simple green with a stiff bristled brush, but degreasers yes even engine degreasers will pull tire shine for sure, just avoid paint with them

If you can find Amazing Roll Off, you'll be quite happy. It is a very effective product you can get OTC.

Im a little late chiming in but i agree with the Megs Aluminum cleaner. It is gentle enough not to damage them but will usually do the job. Any APC will probably be fine as well.

My experience with SuperClean is that its too strong for rubber products. I wouldn't recommend using it on tires.

I dont recommend using anything like purple power on your stock rims regularly. It could damage the finish. If you want something over the counter that is strong try Eagle One All Purpose Wheel Cleaner. Here is how I clean wheels:

ONE WHEEL AT A TIME.
1. Rinse with strong pressure water.
2. Clean with soap and sponge
3. Rinse with strong pressure water
4. Dry fully and immediately
Proceed if still dirty...
5. Spray on cleaner and let it sit (some 30 seconds while some need to sit 3 minutes)
6. Agitate the wheel with a wheel brush
7. Rinse with strong pressure water
8. Dry fully and immediately
Move on to next rim...

You can also find a wheel protectant spray over the counter (helps keep brake dust from caking on). If you use it, you can wash your wheels a little easier the next time (usually a microfiber towel will just wipe them pretty clean in between washes). Of course wash regularly to avoid that hard to remove brake dust

most of those look alright. PURPLE POWER IS A NO-NO...any clear coat or finish on the rim will be removed with purple power.

Meguiar's stuff sucks. There are much better option, but you can't find them at local retailers and you'd have to order over the internet.
