Do you have any experience with the Flex XC 3401? I was considering the possibility of upgrading from my PC7424 to the flex, but I'm not sure if there would be any significant benefits in doing so. From what I've seen, the flex is more powerful, but I don't normally go above setting 5 anyway. On the other hand, I saw that it does a better job of rotating the pad even if some pressure is applies. I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on the subject. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I dont really know much about other machines. I just use a super cheap Chicago Tools from Harbor Freight. It all depends on the person using it. The guy who was teaching the program said that he had a beast 400$ buffer and a 40$ buffer, and actually chose the cheap one.

Wow, that is mirror detail! Nice work!

I have the same Chicago Tools buffer. What pads are those in the picture? I haven't seen those at Harbor Freight.

All the buffing pads I use are all from Majestic Solutions. Its their whole line of varying pad firmness from the super hard cut, to the super fine polish pads.

Very nice detailing job. I agree with the previous comments, that side view of the car with the mirror finish was superb.

So my trusty Chicago Tools buffer finally died this weekend. Had to go out to Harbor Freight and buy....the same exact buffer again haha!

Heres a video of my poor dead buffer.
