Any Memebers in Germany???

I am moving there very soon and was wondering if any members are there now. I am going to Spangdahlem to be more specific. So post here and let me know, who you are.

Willkommen,

I am in Belgium and get to spend a good amount of time in Germany near Dusseldorf, Kohln and the border.

Don't hesitate to shoot me a pm if you ever around this area.

Don,
Thanks for replying...I will definitely give you a PM when I am around your neighborhood. I am debating on taking the IS with me or just picking up something european when I get there. Any advice?

The Netherlands However, never buy a car here If you want to be special, bring an IS350 with you, however, the ML NAV system on the american Lexi, will not work here in Europe.

Hi,

I'm from Berlin - as there several Berlins all over the world, I'm from the original in Germany - and I'm driving a black IS300 Sportcross from 2003.

You write that you are moving. Do you have any knowlegde in German?

If so, there is a massive german spoken lexus board on the net which is the major platform for all lexus enthusiasts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

You can find it under

Lexus Owners Club Europe (Powered by Invision Power Board)

If you have any qusetions, do not hesitate to send me an PM.

I've never heard the name of the location where you're going. Which larger city is close by?

Cheers

Sonnet

You can get a DVD with maps of Europe for you navigation from eBay that would work. My friend who imports cars from the US the to Czech Republic has done that. The dealerships usually don't like to sell the DVD to you and offer to change the whole navigation (at least in the Czech Republic)

Do you have the JDM part number for them? Usually the Euro part number isn't much different if they are the same style. But I don't think I've ever seen an IS over here with them.
