Check systems light and tire pressure light on dash

Does anyone know or have any info on the "check systems" waring lights ?
I just bought my first 07 Lexus is 250 last week. On my way home from the dealer my check systems light came on along with the tire pressure light. Come to find out when the idiots who refinished the wheels put the tires back on they over inflated the tires to all different psi's. I fixed all the tires including the spare but the lights are still on. Is there a way to reset it myself or do I have no choice but to take it to a mechanic?
Or will it reset itself after driving a little ? Because it did take a good 30miles into the drive home for the dash lights to even come on.
Please help in any way if you can

Since you just purchased this car at the dealers I’d take it back to them. I’d also complain about the tire psi and other issues you are having now.
