Supra TT Caliper Issue

So I posted about excessive rattling coming from my new calipers. Come to find out I need anti rattle clips n springs. Installed them on both sides but the passenger side a new caliper from Toyota keeps falling out. I've had a buddy install one and a commercial shop install another set. Awkwardly enough the driver side from Auto Zone has been fine.

Partznet promised to refund me or replace it. Which can I remove the adapters? I get another one from AZ or some where but passenger sides are no where to be found.

You will probably have to press the adapter out so you can exchange it. Maybe the adapter is what's loose?
