IS350 Pads & Rotors: OEM vs. Aftermarket

I have a 2006 IS350 and I have searched around the forums and I couldn't find anything that compares the OEM brake components versus some relatively affordable aftermarket replacements. Specifically, I found a few "too good to be true" options from R1 Concepts on eBay.

Here's one: Front Rear Kit Eline "Drilled and Slotted" Brake Rotors Ceramic Pads RA26018 | eBay

I've read reviews on some of them and it seems they can go either way and it really comes down to the pads more than the rotors. I'm trying to see what my best options are for superior breaking power, durability and low cost. I work at my local Lexus dealer so I can get all four rotors, pads, shim kits & fitting kits for $430 at my cost so I'm looking to see if there's a better option for around the same price (or less of course). Right now, there's some garbage A/M rotors and pads on it that the previous owner put on and the braking performance is pretty bad at this point so I want to replace everything. Ideally I'd love to get a Brembo or F-Sport set up but I can't afford it. Any suggestions or should I stick with OEM?
