We are a new vendor on this forum but look us up. We have been in business well over 10 years. We are not an internet store. We are a real shop located in Los Angeles area. You may have seen us on everything from Test Drive with Tommy Kendall (old Speed Channel) to Jay Leno's Garage and a lot of other places. We have ,for many years, raced for and built concept cars for various O.E.s Cars that debuted at Detroit Auto show or New York. Throughout our existence though we have built many products in the area of performance. Our rich tapestry of racing background has made us have to learn to create power on cars that may not be very powerful from the factory. That said we have entered the world of Lexus again. IN 2008 we had an IS-F that we tuned and (to be honest) did not take too far because we were too busy with our existing cars that we supported. However, now we are back at it and have acquired and RC 350 and IS 250 for use in development of performance products and some dress up items. We are have been working on this since November and we are please now to introduce a new product that is at the center of engine performance on the 250 and 350 engines. Furthermore, we have been able to use a variety of Beta Testers with models form 2008- 2015. This means we have variants of our product that support RC, IS, GS- 350 engines and 250 engines for the last 7 -8 years or so.
We have been tapped by sponsors to build a SEMA project RC 350 so we have been doing product development with it an our 250 (as well.) Through the use of our DynaPak, road testing, track testing and numerous BETA testers we are proud to announce the LEXUS POWER MANAGER. It has proven to solve many of the shortcomings of both displacement engines. It looks to be a real smash with the Beta Testers we have had doing long term studies on with.
This is a plug and play unit that can be removed in minutes in case you want to go to the dealer for something. It plugs in and out so that there is no sign of one using it between visits to the dealer. We call it the Road Race Motorsports Power Manager.
The way it works basically is that it controls timing and new fuel curves. Stock, Lexus has decided to over richen these engines to the point that they are almost of the chart (rich) stock. This means that throttle response is hampered and even fuel economy is worse than it needs to be. We do not take any risks in retuning these. Timing is mildly massaged in order to advance itself a bit in a way that it would normally see but does not do in conditions where you want it to. Fuel curves are also calibrated in a way that is itself inside the stock envelop of AFRs but it again is not so lean or rich in certain points it needs to. Both of these areas are changed so cleverly that there is ZERO chance of it causing a CEL. In fact, we can guarantee you will not get a CEL due to this product. Understand this is not some resistor toy. This is actually a real programmable chip with 2 processors and 2 unique memories. Again, both can be programmed although I doubt anyone can really outdo the 22 hours on the dyno we spent and the need for it is really not there. The tunes are quite optimized for the average mods like intake and exhaust. Any truly unique mods etc... Contact us and we will gladly explain what you need to do to do a fully custom tune. Up to now our results have been great and BETA testers have done their own dynos on various equipment and in various climates etc...... WHP gains they have been getting are quite amazing. So far BTs have seen h.p, and torque numbers ranging from 7 to 20 at the wheels. Of course this all depends on the various mods they have. I do know that in running this daily myself and looking at the curves I have studied, it really is the curves themselves that are impressive. They have shown to make power all over the graph not just in one spot. This means getting power in drivable ranges is far beneficial to the experience you get. Making power from the beginning of the pull to the end is impressive. The Testers are all giving this product 2 thumbs up and consider it (BY FAR) the best of their performance mod they have. In actuality, it should be because intakes and such are often learned around by the stock ECU. THIS CANNOT HAPPEN IN THE CASE OF OUR BOX (Power Manager) because it is doing its magic and that comes from changing values and such before the ECU see it. That simply means that this box will stay as effective on the last day as it does on the 1st day you hook it up. Yes there is a learning process that YOUR STOCK ECU will do when you first install it but our box never needs to learn. It Teaches if it does anything.
