2nd gen. IS vs 07+ gs350 headers

Hi everyone. I'm usually in the first gen area but I need some light shed on this situation. I have a set of ppe headers for a gs350. Family car. Took headers off for smog as we bought car with them on. I was wondering will they fit onto the 2nd gen isx50??? Oem heade4 part numbers are the same from what I have been reading. Any help is greatly appreciated
