Paint Shops Needed In Socal

Hey, i see many threads on paint shops but they all have connections with one another and i don't have any connections what so ever! (sad) but i was wondering if anyone can recommend me one and does a professional job at a decent price, im low on cash but would love to get my stock hood painted..about how much? or if possible i buy a CF hood to get the sides painted?
