Greetings Owners!

Took delivery of a 2007 AWD on Oct 28. Matador Red/Cashmere w/Nav, HIDs, Wood Trim, Rear Spoiler. No "Pre Acc Pkg" - located the car before it hit port so avoided those items.

MSRP $39,230 for selling price of $34,901. In addition to the $4,329 dealer discount, got $750 TOL Rebate and $500 "credit" on Lexus Visa for Sept/Oct purchases.

Financed through the Pentagon's CU at 5.74% for 72 months (but will pay off in 4 years, doubling payments in years 3 & 4).

Picked up winter mats and wheel locks from Sewell Lexus online. Next change is to lose the stock rubber (Bridgestone Potenzas) in favor of dedicated winter tires (GY Eagle Ultra Grips/Michelin X Ice/Nokian Hakka RSi/Blizzak Revo 1), then go for second set of wheels in spring - 18" OEM GS 430 5 spokes with summer tires.

Add in the Valentine 1 and I'm done - going to keep it stock.

I have had mine for 4 months now. And I don't regret the auto decision. I test drove the manual box on this car, and I was not impressed either.

It's a matter of of pushing buttons.

1st - Have car off.

2nd - Have E-Brake pressed and brake pressed

3rd - While holding both petals Start the car

4rd - Keep petals pressed...Tap brake twice then hold down

5th - Do the same for E-brake Tap twice and Hold

6th - Now the brake again and now a light will turn on in the dash (Bottom Right)

*The VSC is now off and the car is free* TRUST this trick is so much fun after it is off..the car is set free...

'07 250 AT, Breakwater Blue with HID/AFS, 18" Summer tires, Premiun plus pkg (ventilated, cool/heated seat, maple wood, paddle shifter) tinted. No mods yet. If ever maybe just to lower the car and change the wheels. But who knows I may go for more ie intake and exhaust. Didn't get the MT. Didn't like the feel of the clutch. Felt spongy. No performance complain so far. I'm enjoying it. Drove it 100mph and the engine feels very stable and very able. IMHO I think I could go up to 120mph without any problems.

2007 IS250 RWD 6MT
Starfire Pearl

X-2 Package (Canada):
18" 5-Spoke wheels and Bridgestone RE050 Summer Tires
Sterling Silver/Black Leather Interior
Illuminated scuff plates
Power Seats
Sports Suspension
Moonroof

Installed Options:
OEM Front Lip
OEM Rear Spoiler
Aluminum Pedals (free!)

Carry over (from previous IS300 - hey it fits, why not?):
Cargo net
17x8 SSR Type C-RS Wheels with 235/45R17 Nokian WR All-Weather tires (winters)

The brochure and dealer order guide both listed the Aluminum Pedals but was actually taken out of the 2007 package. Complained to Lexus Canada about being mislead and got them to authorize my dealer to install the pedals on my IS for free! Good thing comes to those who complain!
