Here is a list of all Bulletins that you and your dealer may need to fix your car!

First of all, here is a link to a COMPLETE list of TSIBs (Technical Service Information Bulletins--issues your car may need to have fixed under warranty) thanks to Car Lost's website. Thanks again Car Lost!

FULL LIST OF TSIBs HERE, click IS250/350 tab at left.

Meanwhile, let's continually try to complile a list of Technical Service Bulletins or information you got on your paperwork which delt with the repair of any issue you were having. If you're having something repaired or replaced, please also notate it here, just so we can keep tabs. This will make it much easier for others to get the repairs when they notice the same issues. Here are some to start. Please add-on.

Front seat squeak/Creak:
NV001-06 FRONT SEAT SQUEAK NOISE

Instrument Cluster Rattle:
NV003-06 INSTRUMENT PANEL RATTLE (REVISED)

Vibrating rearview mirror:

VIBRATING MIRROR TSIB

Previously some dealership stated there was not a Lexus bulletin on this, but what they documented on the work order was "CENTER REAR VIEW MIRROR HAS EXCESSIVE PLAY IN IT GUEST STATE
SOP TECH 320
EXCESSIVE PLAY IN JOINT OF REAR VIEW MIRROR
REPLACE MIRROR ASSY
87810-53120"
The last number appears to be a part number.

NV003-06 Instrument Panel Rattle (revised)
NV005-06 Upper/Lower Windshield Tick Noise
PA001-03 Paint Stains Under Rapgard
SS003-05 CD-Skip Verification Using Lexus Master CD
ST004-01 Repair Manual Supplement: Vehicle Pulling To One Side (revised)

Oil Leak:
2006 model year GS 300, IS 250, and IS 350 vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown

Some 2006 model year GS 300, IS 250, and IS 350 vehicles may display evidence of a small oil leak, located on the timing cover and/or the Camshaft Housing Sub–assembly. Please use the repair procedure below to address customer concerns.

Another repair. '06 navigation issues:
Dealer installed upgraded firmware, still have '06 disc. This so far has prevented the navigation from improperly displaying my location, 3 miles or so off from the actual location.
One problem is that the new firmware has disabled the override option. FYI.

You can add these if you'd like:

NV003-06 Instrument Panel Rattle (revised)
NV005-06 Upper/Lower Windshield Tick Noise
PA001-03 Paint Stains Under Rapgard
SS003-05 CD-Skip Verification Using Lexus Master CD
ST004-01 Repair Manual Supplement: Vehicle Pulling To One Side (revised)

There are more but these I thought are relevant to the problems some of us have had. Due to paid subscription service I'm not allowed to post the actual docs, but they can be found here:

Thx! +rep for the list. I added it all.

On the link you provided are there many more that relate to the 250/350?

Also, does your link go into more detail on this?

Yes there are many more related to the 250/350, mostly to do with PDS (Pre Delivery Service).

ST004-01 breaks down like this:

OP CODE DESCRIPTION TIME OPN T1T2
ST1004 Preliminary Check & Road Test 0.6
Combo A Switch Front Tire/Wheel & Road Test 0.5
Combo B Reverse the Front One Side Tire 0.7
45046 09020
Combo C Check Front Wheel Alignment 1.2
45046–Combo D Adjust Front Wheel Alignment 0.7 31 99
Combo E Adjust Camber Setting 0.7
420091 Dismount and Mount Tire and Balance Wheel
and Tire Assembly 0.5
42611–48030
Combo A Each additional Wheel 0.3
42611

I tried to edit it to clarify but the edit box would not save it properly. It is extensive, getting into the steel belts used in tire construction and variation in side wall stiffness, caster and camber,...a short lesson in suspension jargon.

What raised my eye brows was the "adjust camber setting"! I've looked at my suspension and I did not notice an eccentric bolt anywhere, but I did not take it apart so,...it may be there.

Great, thx for the info. Funny they don't mention anything about swapping the wheels out?

How can I show this to my service tech? I have this exact problem and they said it's not their fault.

On my drivers side rear quarter panel a little below the gas tank. It's two vertical lines about a fingernail in length, yellowish in color. They look as if they are underneath the clear coat. My service tech said "we had a LS come in a few days back with the same thing. It's caused by tree sap left sitting on the paint, causing the clear to bubble, said we can wet sand it and get 99% off for a price." I had my car for 2 days, I was like ok well what if your trees on the lot did it? They still wouldn't cover it. I'll try for the pict and see if it shows up..

PS Mines an 07,this TSB is through 06 i hope they will be nice

Call 1-800-25-Lexus and explain this to them. It seems very unlikely that you should have to pay for this, especially after 2 days of ownership!

Thanks. I might ask for this. These brake are so great under normal driving conditions, I think a slight decrease in performance may be an acceptable trade off.
