Driver door won't manually lock/unlock with key

Yeah so i've searched and all that jazz. My key won't upon my door physically, the key fob works fine no problem to open/lock all doors. When I try to put the key in the whole it doesn't even turn. That same key will open the trunk, so it's the master key. Any suggestions?

Kraven9, it sounds like your tumbler is alittle seized up or acting up. I would try some penetrating lubricant inside the slot and let it sit for a bit. It should turn left to lock and right to unlock, so I'm wondering if its the tumbler not allowing movement or the connecting linkage to the actuator. May have to pull the door panal bro, if you get no movement after lubricating the tumbler rollers.
