Drifting on Stock Exedy Clutch??

Hi guys,

I've searched and did not find what I was looking for...

Have any of you been drifting with stock clutch on stock power?
I will be taking my is300 to drifting events this summer and was wondering how long the stock clutch would last with all the clutch kicks I plan on doing.
I wonder how long the stock clutch would last on stock power with drifting.

Thanks in advance.

I've put a whole season (1 year) on my stock replacement Exedy clutch and it's still feeling really strong. Clutch engagement is nice and low still and I've never had issues with slippage. I feel the dual mass flywheel setup helps take the brunt of the shock from clutch kicking and since there are no springs in the clutch disc, it holds up really well. And yes, I'm stock power output.

Depends on what condition stock clutch is in.

You will eventually want to replace it. Stock stuff gets boring.
