Kit comes with a 50mm HKS knockoff, per the email Nick sent me. No one makes a wastegate that uses a HKS 4 bolt mount anymore, almost everything is a V Band now. I picked up a Tial 44mm, but I am going to have the flange swapped on the manifold.

I got the TiaL F41 .. It comes with a 4 bolt flange they discontinued it so whenever vividracing.com runs out there's no more

Many years ago I made 514 whp on a Supra with 550cc injectors. It was not acknowledged even in 2003 as being a safe load to put on the stock fuel system, but could be run that way on the dyno at least for the run I made. That particular motor went on to do a lot more after that so I suspect it didn't do too much harm. Previously I had made 506 whp on another Supra with 550cc as well, but that motor went on to fail not too long afterwards. I wouldn't run a fuel system that hard in the real world would be my 2 cents, and be sure to monitor it as carefully as possible even if doing it on the dyno. Having added fuel capacity is just cheap insurance compared to the costs of running out of injector or pump, which will cost a LOT more to fix.

No, I never installed mine. I'm debating selling parts of it and going for an aristo swap. I've got a good start on an ar5 transmission swap parts fest, I'm thinking I may as well go for broke.

Turbo of your choice
Tial Wastegate
Bov of your choice
Injectors of your choice
Fuel pump
CX intercooler piping
CX Mani or XS Mani ... I prefer CX
Engine management of your choice... Everyone will tell you to get a standalone but you won't listen and get a FI/C or emanage
Gauges
Oil feed and return kit
CX downpipe and midpipe OR custom downpipe and midpipe.
That's bare minimum. It's a lot of work. You need to drill into the upper pan and cut out a hole for the intercooler piping behind the headlight.
Worse thing you can do is just buy the kit and hope everything will fit perfect and work flawlessly out of the box. It won't.

Bump 2017 just got my turbo kit same one shown on this thread they are very helpful n the parts are very good quality I will post up once I have installed the kit a before n after also will do a YouTube video on the install thank you again very all the help

No stock fuel pump was maxed out. Not to bad considering stock IS300 only makes like 190whp.

MIL was converted to a safety boost light if AFR got too lean or if water temp got too high.
Everything works perfectly fine, except for the gas gauge was a bit off, but my guess it's a stuck floater.
MAF is still installed and works, but AEM came with a MAP and boost sensor.
O2 simulator on B2

But you have to check for engine codes every so often since this CEL no longer illuminates for a thrown code. But I had no codes thrown
