Good Deal or Not?

Alright so Im kind of torn right now with this deal that I got going on with an 01 Is300. The car's interior (black suede) and exterior (white) have been kept in good condition, no scratches whatsoever on paint. The car has some issues though, it got into a small accident about a month ago and it got hit on drivers side front bumper where the headlight is. The driverside headlight was replaced and bumber car looks good. The only other problem is that the front wheel on the passenger side is squeaking, I believe its due to the shock. This in turn I think caused the car to be off balance and so the tires are not good anymore. The car will need balance and alignment because only one side of the treads on the tire is good, the other side you can see the wires sticking out of the tire. The car is dropped about half an inch on that wheel side compared to the drivers. Another problem is that the fog lights dont work also. The car has 109k miles, clean title, and the deal is going for $5800. Good deal or not? Help me think this through, have slept on this for 2 nights now.

looks like there was more damage than the guys is telling you about tires wearing out like that and the height being off like that means frame damage.

if it had frame damage and they didn't do a good job pulling it you may not be able to straighten/align the car to specs. That means you will be going through tires every so often.
