For the most part, perhaps. But thhose fenders are huge. I'd probably trim like 2" off to make it a little better.
But that color is hideous, and the car has been molested to the point I don't think it will ever recover.
That's the kind of car I would like to buy, revert to stock, and sell to some working mom for dirt cheap. That has no business at "shows".
