2009 IS 350 purchase

I'm looking into a purchasing a 2009 IS 350 before the end of the year. I've found one at a dealer that has an MSRP of around $43,000 and is offered at $38,950 (before TTL).

The car has
--Premium package
--NAV
--Rear spoiler
--HID and AFL
--18" liquid graphite alloy wheels w/ all-season tires
--Accessory package: trunk mat, cargo net and wheel locks

Is this a good price considering the current state of the auto industry? Should I ask them to sweeten the deal in some way?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
