God I hate sunroofs.

I get in the car this morning and the f#cking passenger side floor is wet (mat and carpet underneath). It's been raining here a lot and continues to rain, so I dropped it off at the dealership. Service guy calls me and says the drain for the sunroof is clogged and I have to pay $95 to get it cleaned!!! My question is why do I have to pay to have something corrected which is basically a design flaw in the car?? I mean why would you design something that had any possibility of leaking water into the f#cking car?! My piece of sh#t Pontiac leaked water through the windshield and I got rid of it, I didn't expect something like this to happen to a Lexus.
